All Torn Apart orders are processed, packed, and fulfilled directly by Torn Apart.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Processing time may increase during holidays, high-volume launches, restocks, or promotions

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination:

  • United States: 5–10 business days after your order ships

  • International: 7–21 business days after your order ships

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

Torn Apart is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Torn Apart is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the order must be reshipped

Orders returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or delivery refusal may require an additional shipping payment before being sent again.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office

  3. Confirm that the shipping address entered during checkout was correct

Torn Apart is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs & International Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
